Q - How do I create an account?

A - It's easy. Click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT, choose your favorite word from the two dropdown menus, then choose and answer your two Privacy Questions. We'll create a fun username for you.

Q - I posted a comment on the blog, but I don't see it. What happened?

A - Not to worry. We have experienced moderators going through every blog post before they go live. And since there are so many, please be patient. You'll have your chance to talk with the cast and be heard!

Q - How do I update my profile?

A - It's pretty simple. Go to your MY ACCOUNT page, click on the "Edit" tab, then click on the "Spectacular Profile" link to change your profile.

Q - How do I rate songs?

A - Go the MUSIC page, and click on the RATE + REVIEW button. Remember, you must be logged in to use the Rate & Review functionality.

Q - I want to change my avatar. How do I do this?

A - Go to your MY ACCOUNT page, click on the "Edit" tab, and from there you can select from a wide variety of avatars.

Q - I would like to submit a photo. How do I do that?

A - Go to the PHOTOS page. You will see upload links throughout. Log in, then click on the "Upload" link to submit your photo.

Q - I submitted a photo, but I don't see it. What happened?

A - Not to worry. We have experienced moderators going through every photo before they go live. And since there are so many great photos, please be patient.

Q - What browsers work best for this site?

A - We support all modern web browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and operating systems. If you have any problems and think the pages don't look quite right, send us a note through our feedback form at the bottom of every page.
