Yeah, that same thing happened to me! Except I was wearing flats...and the soles kinda... "ripped" off. O.O I went to the same restaurant but a different occasion. It was my mom's 47th birthday! (lol, shh!! nobody knows x] ) I've never had the yam fries 'cause, to tell you the truth, I was kinda wierded out by the name lol. But now that I think about it.... I might try it! I know how it feels like to have to wait for the bus and knowing that you'd have to walk if you miss it. I'm living your "old" life =) But that doesn't necessarily mean I don't want your "new" life x].
